On the occasion of the International Tourism Fair (FITUR 2021) , Google has presented its Hotel Insights tool. This aims to help Spanish companies in the tourism sector to boost their business.

To do this, it will promote knowledge about the searches carried out by users in the tourism sector, in addition to offering them tools to improve their digital skills. The purpose is to support them to accelerate their recovery after the health crisis. Hotel Insights enjoys the support of Turespaña , the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), the Spanish Confederation of Hotels and Tourist Accommodations (CEHAT) and the Hotel Technological Institute (ITH).

This Google Solution Is Already Available in Spanish

And includes more specific data about Spain, since it was already working in other countries. It is designed to help hotels of all sizes, but especially for medium and small hotels to grow. The tool works with the data generated from user searches on the network. Thus, hoteliers will obtain a better understanding of the interest of travelers in their region.
